Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rapper who has a unique style. Baker was born April 22 1990, in Houston Texas U.S. into a family of English Scottish and German descent. As a child Baker, he spent a good amount of time travelling with his parents, who were missionaries. James Colson Baker was depressed and unemployed, while Sonia Alane, his mother, left the family when Baker was only Nine years old. Then, Baker along with his father moved to Denver in the area where they stayed together with his father's aunt. Baker was bullied because that he was poor by other children. As he entered the sixth grade, Baker started to take up rap. Colson Baker, better known by the name Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on April 22nd, 1990. His songs are known for their ability as a blend of modern hip-hop and rock with alternative music. Baker has recorded four mixtapes during the period between 2007 and 2010, prior to joining Bad Boy Records. In the midst of delivering lyrics at the speed of a bullet train this Cleveland artist experienced a remarkable increase in the latter half of 2011 as he made the transition from cranking out self-released mixtapes, to signing on reputable label. It was immediately, and all of his albums reaching the top 10 charts.
